Like any child Abby asks a lot of questions, the answers to which always lead on to more questions!The other day, during tea, Abby asked me, "Dad, where do all the animals come from?".
Sensing that whatever answer I gave would be unsatisfactory, I simply said, "God made them".
Amazingly she didn't say a word for the rest of the meal.
No guesses for what has now become my standard response to almost every question!
